Dewsbury architect delivers £1m warehouse project for national water bottling firm

A local architecture firm has delivered a £1m project on behalf of a water bottling contractor at its site in West Yorkshire.

Martin Walsh Architectural (MWA) has delivered a warehouse extension, new build warehouse and engineering workshop for Shepley Spring.

The project comprised the construction of a 1570 sq m warehouse; a 70 sq m engineers’ workshop and a 400 sq m warehouse extension at the firm’s facility in Kirkburton, West Yorkshire.

Matt Robinson, director at MWA, commented: “This has been an exciting project that has evolved significantly during our development.

“It’s not just a simple extension, but one that has been designed to house specialist equipment.

“As a result it is successfully supporting the client needs now and importantly it is ready to accommodate the business in the future.”

Charles Smith, operations director at Shepley Spring, added: “Our warehouse extension and new warehouse facility within our yard are already proving to be a success, offering us much-needed space.”
