Ovenu Warrington gears up for life after lockdown with new website launch
While life without lockdown seems like distant memory for many, Paul Clark, owner of Ovenu Warrington, has been preparing his business in readiness for the new ‘normal’.
Paul, who runs the business with wife Andrea, has launched a new website to improve clients’ experiences when booking their services.
Paul said: “Our new-style website helps us to build trust with the client from the moment they land on our homepage. The focus of the site is to give the client confidence when booking with us.”
The new website features detailed information about Paul and Andrea, as well as information about each cleaning service offered by the husband and wife team. The personal profile was created so that clients can feel at ease about booking with Ovenu, and also helps to start conversations related to their interests and community work.
Paul continued: “We have put in a lot of hard work throughout the last few weeks to ensure our kit is clean and ready for our return to work. The new website is great, and I hope it brings clients confidence in our services when we can get back to doing what we love.”
Andrea, Paul’s wife and business partner, added: “I’m really pleased with the outcome of the site and I know that clients, old and new, will love it too! Knowing more about the tradesmen and women you’re inviting into your home can make a huge difference for some people and I’m grateful we’re able to provide people that comfort.
“I’m looking forward to getting back to work, and whilst good hygiene is key as part of Ovenu procedures, we will be introducing social distancing measures and extra hand hygiene into our practice to ensure everyone is kept safe and well”
