London interiors platform increases sales 119 per cent in first quarter
A global luxury interiors platform has announced that its sales have increased by 119 per cent for the first quarter of 2020.
LuxDeco has announced record quarterly results, seeing furniture sales rise by 175 per cent, accessory sales by 42 per cent and lighting sales by 320 per cent.
With the lockdown currently in force, the company saw an increase of 72 per cent in online users.
Jonathan Holmes, founder and CEO of LuxDeco, commented: “People are obviously spending a lot more time at home at the moment, which has meant that consumers are wanting to make improvements and add more luxury to their surroundings.
“Those working at home have been creating and improving their home offices and we’ve seen a huge demand for home office products with desks, chairs and desk accessories sales up across the board.
“Despite unprecedented challenges in the retail environment, the focus, determination and innovation of my team has helped LuxDeco to deliver a second consecutive record quarter, with an improved product mix and strong new customer acquisition driving our growth.
