Mercedes-Benz of Manchester to become used car centre of excellence

LSH Auto UK, part of LSH International, one of the largest dealer groups for Mercedes-Benz cars, is transforming its Manchester Central site into a used car ‘Centre of Excellence’.

The city centre site on Ashton New Road, opposite the Etihad Stadium, opened this week to aftersales customers for servicing by appointment, and will reopen its showroom from 1 June, in line with the latest Government announcement.

From Monday, Mercedes-Benz of Manchester Central will be dedicated to approved used cars, along with aftersales care and servicing. More than 100 pre-owned Mercedes-Benz and smart vehicles will be on display and a digital platform will be available for customers with click and collect or home delivery options via its website.

Martyn Webb, Managing Director of LSH Auto UK, said: “Our Centre of Excellence, here in Manchester, will offer customers a fantastic experience.”

The model has already proven popular with LSH Auto customers in Birmingham. Mercedes-Benz of Erdington launched as a used car ‘Centre of Excellence’ in April 2019 and has enjoyed an outstanding first year of trading.

Martyn Webb explains: “The combination of approved used cars and express servicing has been very popular with our customers in the Midlands and now we want to offer our customers in the North West the same high standards with added convenience.”
