The seven police forces involved in the collaboration include Northumbria, Cleveland, Durham, North Yorkshire, Humberside, West Yorkshire, and South Yorkshire.

The NEBRC forms part of a business/cyber resilience centre network which is being developed by Business Resilience International Management (BRIM). Other existing centres in the network include the Scottish Resilience Centre (SBRC), the Cyber Resilience Centre for Greater Manchester (CRCGM) and the East Midlands Cyber Resilience Centre (EMCRC). BRIM is currently working to establish the West Midlands Cyber Resilience Centre and the South Wales Cyber Resilience Centre.
