Seven Bro7hers brewery crowd fund to open four new beer houses in the UK
SEVEN BRO7HERS are attempting to raise £250k through crowd funding in a bid to expand the brewery and open four new beer houses across the UK.
The brewers – who have two successful beer houses and a taproom in Manchester – secured a site in Liverpool earlier this year however the activity was suddenly paused due to COVID-19 closures.
Today the brothers are asking for investors to help get the Liverpool site off ground, fund the opening of a bar in Leeds and raise funds to open four more beer houses by 2022.
SEVEN BRO7HERS will be offering ‘investor rewards’ to those who support the crowd fund. An investment of £250 equals 15 per cent discount off purchases made through the web-shop and in any of the beer houses. Investors will also receive a free pint in any of the beer houses on their birthday and a brewery tour with friends.
As the stakes get higher £2500 will get investors a 30 per cent discount online and a 40 per cent discount if you fund £25,000 – alongside birthday beers and the tour perks.
SEVEN BRO7HERS Brewing co. CEO Keith McAvoy said: “We’ve built a business on core values around simplicity, transparency, locality and family and thanks to our extended family of over 1,500 investors we’ve seen our business grow.
“We believe we are on our way to becoming one of the UK’s go-to breweries. We have created three much-loved drinking destinations in Manchester and Salford and we hope to replicate this in new cities.”
Since crowd funding in 2016 the brewery saw a 181 per cent growth in business revenue between 2017 and 2019. The brewhouse has increased capacity by over 800 per cent in five years, and is available in Co-op, Booths stores and Ocado.
Keith added: “COVID-19 has impacted our business however we have been embraced the changes and moved quickly to keep the business going. We have a proven track record of high business growth and therefore hope that gives people the confidence to donate to our crowd fund.
“We’re believe we can make everyone who joins our family proud of their investment.”
The brothers will be opening a partnership bar in Manchester Airport’s new terminal two when it reopens as part of a lucrative 10-year deal.SEVEN BRO7HERS beers are available online.
