Housing development on course for completion at former Durham golf course

A housing development in Durham will create a 54-property community is nearing completion.

The final two properties are now on sale at The Green, a new community of 54 detached properties off South Road, being built on the former Mount Oswald golf course.

The development, which has been built by Bellway Durham, was created in response to the growing demand for housing in the area.
