Owner of Ovenu Dorking celebrates five-star review milestone just a month after reopening his business
The owner of oven valeting company Ovenu Dorking is celebrating after achieving more than 250 five-star online reviews.
Iain Carson, who established the business in the summer of 2016, received the maximum rating from every client posting feedback on respected review platform TRUSTist.
Iain said: “It is very satisfying to know my customers have taken the time and trouble to give Ovenu Dorking such high ratings. It’s especially encouraging having recently got back to work having had to mothball the business back in March due to the coronavirus outbreak.”
Known for his friendliness, professionalism and efficiency, he was a credit analyst in financial services for more than 30 years before seeking a new challenge and the opportunity to become his own boss.
Such overwhelmingly positive reviews are crucial when it comes to giving clients the confidence to choose Ovenu Dorking, which also covers the Redhill and Reigate areas. He added: “It’s good to know the business is held in such high regard and that I continue to deliver a high-quality service which is appreciated and trusted.
“It’s important to receive positive feedback through reviews but many of my clients also get in touch through personal recommendation – so it’s nice to be recognised both online and through word of mouth.”
Rik Hellewell, Managing Director of Ovenu, said: “These reviews are a tribute to Iain’s hard work and dedication. After all, they do say the customer is always right!
“Many people are increasingly turning to online reviews when it comes to choosing services, so its tremendous to achieve such high-quality feedback.”
The Ovenu valeting process involves dismantling key components of an oven and placing them into design-registered equipment, which uses environmentally friendly, non-caustic products to clean the oven parts.
