Yorkshire property consultant brings residential development to market
A Yorkshire property consultancy has been appointed to market a new residential development.
Preston Baker property consultancy is marketing Caedmon Homes’ new St John’s Mews residential development in York.
The development, which comprises 29 one, two and three-bed apartments, is already 50 per cent sold.
Phase Two of the development, which comprises the two and three-bed apartments, has now been released.
James Baker of Preston Baker commented: “This is an incredible opportunity. We are delighted to have been appointed by such a reputable and highly regarded developer.”
“Following on from the success in generating sales on Caedmon’s site in Priory Meadows near Boroughbridge, we are excited to be given the opportunity to sell the beautiful apartments in the centre of York, close to the Minster, York District Hospital and St John’s University. York University, meanwhile, is not far away.”
“As a way of saying thank you for their tremendous work during the Covid-19 pandemic, key workers will be offered a five per cent discount on all two-bed apartments on site.
“Meanwhile everyone here at Preston Baker is looking forward to seeking the reaction of the buyers when they see the penthouse apartment with its breath-taking views of the Minster. “We will be opening the show apartment every weekend from Saturday July 4, with times to be confirmed. All apartments are ready for immediate occupation.”
Paul Brown, director of Easingwold-based Caedmon Homes, added: “We are very pleased to be working again with such a respected local agency as Preston Baker.
“They have an excellent track record for marketing homes and residential developments across Yorkshire and we look forward to them promoting St John’s Mews swiftly and effectively.”
