Office specialist launches first flexible workspace in Notting Hill

An office specialist has opened its first flexible workspace in West London as part of its ongoing expansion.

The Office Group (TOG) has launched United House in Notting Hill, which marks the firm’s 40th building in the UK.

The 41,495 sq ft building has been transformed into a flexible workspace, intended to house companies ranging from two to 500 employees.

In addition to private meeting rooms, offices and flexible work spaces, the building will also offer a wellness studio on the third floor.

Olly Olsen, co-founder and co-CEO at TOG, commented: “United House presents not only an opportunity for local residents, who will benefit from an easy commute as well as being able to take advantage of a collaborative working environment that working from home cannot provide.

“With United House being situated on the westerly edge of central London, it is also perfectly placed to service commuters from West London.

“Looking ahead to work in a post-COVID world, we expect United House and other TOG spaces to garner more interest from large corporations looking to disseminate their teams across flex spaces.”
