Michela Hancock, Greystar Real Estate Partners
Greystar Real Estate Partners has announced the appointment of Michela Hancock as a managing director for Europe.
Michela will immediately take on the new European role and focus on expanding and strengthening Greystar’s third-party platform and strategic partnerships.

Nick Garnish, Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment
The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) has announced that Nick Garnish, Chartered MCSI has been appointed chairman of the CISI Risk Professional Forum Committee.
Nick is the head of treasury, Europe, Asia & Australia for CIBC, based in London.
He joined LCH Clearnet where he was the global COO for Collateral and Liquidity Management.
Nick was managing director and treasurer at US investment bank Jefferies International for several years, with additional responsibility for FX risk management globally.
He commented: “I am thrilled to be taking on the role of chairman of the CISI Risk Committee, it is an honour and a privilege.”

Ian Richardson, Iconic Luxury Hotels
Iconic Luxury Hotels has announced the appointment of Ian Richardson as general manager of 11 Cadogan Gardens, a luxury boutique property in the heart of Chelsea, London.
Ian joins from the Jumeirah Group where he has experience across various properties within the portfolio.
Executive director of Iconic Luxury Hotels, Andrew Stembridge, commented: “We are proud to welcome Ian Richardson to the Iconic Luxury Hotels team, overseeing the future growth and success of our special London neighbourhood hotel.
“Last November saw 11 Cadogan Gardens join the Relais & Châteaux family as the association’s only London property, and we are excited for Ian to further propel the property as it enters the new era post-pandemic.”

Clive Condie, Stobart Group
Stobart Group, the aviation and energy infrastructure group, has announced the appointment of Clive Condie to the board as a non-executive director.
Clive Condie has more than 35 years’ experience in the aviation industry including having worked for British Airways and Manchester Airport.
Until June 2018, Clive served as chairman of London Luton Airport; a position he held for almost five years. He also acted as interim chief executive of London Luton Airport in 2014.
Clive is also a non-executive director of CLH-PS, the largest fuel pipeline and storage facility in the UK.
David Shearer, non-executive chairman, Stobart Group, said: “I am delighted to welcome Clive to the board of Stobart Group at this important time.
“His breadth of experience across the aviation and airport sectors will prove invaluable to us as we implement our long-term strategy to develop London Southend Airport.”
Hussain Ahmed, Berkeley Rowe
International law firm Berkeley Rowe has appointed Hussain Ahmed as a partner and its new head of residential.
Hussain has a wealth of experience in acting for lenders as well as buyers, meaning he can use his insights to guide both parties and handle transactions with ease.
He commented: “I am thrilled to have joined Berkeley Rowe and I am looking forward to developing our residential department to build a team that provides a high-quality service to vendors and buyers in Prime London.”
