Leading UK tech company launches new “Talent Academy” website to tackle global I.T. talent shortage
London-based tech company, CloudStratex is pleased to announce the launch of its new Talent Academy website, which has been designed to support the development of top IT talent, and create the next Generation of Leaders (Gen-L’s).
CloudStratex’s brand has been built upon its reputation for transforming how blue-chip businesses leverage next generation technologies and its Talent Academy plays an integral part in the operational integrator’s approach. It offers funded technical and business professional qualifications and certifications which gives Gen-L’s the tools they need to succeed, whatever stage they are at in their careers.
This is great news for Gen-L’s and businesses, as high-calibre tech specialists are increasingly sought after. Unfortunately, few organisations are able to quickly source and train the talent they need to become the next generation CTOs and CEOs of tomorrow. Therefore the Talent Academy website will act as a portal for businesses looking to hire professionally trained and highly skilled IT staff, as well as provide access for Gen-L’s to utilise CloudStratex’s home-grown training pathways.
Gen-L’s will be empowered to utilise their training in “real world” business environments. This could include supporting a variety of business operations such as finance, HR, or project management, by developing and improving internal processes, undertaking client facing consulting work, or even running client services. The new website epitomises the Talent Academy’s approach to training, empowerment, learning and success, as new recruits were given the tools they needed to build a website in two months, with no prior digital knowledge, and in addition to working their various day jobs!
It is important to note that unlike other IT training providers, the Talent Academy does not operate “exit-fee” contracts, which unfairly “locks” graduates into a job for a set period and requires they repay some or all of their training costs. If a Gen-L or graduate wants to leave their programme, they are free to do so at any time without any costs incurred to them.
Fred Flack, Head of Talent Academy at Cloudstratex explained: “The end goal of modern business should be to become digitally self-sufficient, so they grow into significantly more resilient, adaptable, and resourceful entities. If your business understands technology, the latest developments within the industry, and how to access it for the benefits of your customers and clients, you will be in a strong position to succeed.”
“That is why the Talent Academy website is so important for our clients, as it will act as a one stop shop for them to quickly access highly trained and skilled tech talent, with a modern business mindset. This is so important for any business that wants to stay one step ahead given the tough economic climate and highly competitive business environment.”
“CloudStratex’s Talent Academy has been a huge success since its launch and the uptake with some of the world’s leading names across industries such as insurance and capital markets has been phenomenal” stated Adrian Overall, CEO at Cloudstratex. “We are delighted that our new website will enable our clients to easily understand how our skills offering can be integrated into their training agenda and business strategy. It will also be key to raising awareness for people looking to start a career IT or upskill an existing one, by providing a strong insight into the accreditations we offer.”
