The new office will open mid-August

Yorkshire property firm expands with Leeds city centre move

A Yorkshire property firm has announced that it is expanding as it moves into a new city centre office.

Adair Paxton, based in Leeds, is moving into new premises on Wellington Street, which will open in mid-August.

The new office has recently been completely refurbished, and will eventually house the company’s entire 35-strong team.

The company’s previous city centre office was close to Leeds Town Hall, on Oxford Place with a second city centre office on York Place, which followed the acquisition of boutique estate agency firm, Hudson Moody Wass late last year.

Simon Dalingwater, from Adair Paxton, said: “Moving to 60 Wellington Street gives us a fantastic shop window directly onto one of the busiest and most sought-after streets in Leeds city centre’s main business district, so it’s an exciting move.

“Its prominent, central and highly accessible location is the perfect base as we continue expanding both our residential and commercial client base, particularly in Leeds city centre, whilst embarking on our next phase of growth.

“This move also demonstrates our belief in Leeds city centre’s property market.

“We have thought long and hard about this investment, given the disruption caused by Covid-19, but the city centre remains a superb place to live, work and enjoy leisure time in, and there’s no doubt the market will overcome and find ways of working through these current challenges.”
