Leading health tech company announces new International Vice President and General Manager appointment
Omnicell, Inc (NASDAQ:OMCL), a leading provider of medication management solutions and adherence tools for health systems and pharmacies, today announced that Sara Dalmasso has joined the company as Vice President and General Manager, International.
In her new role, Sara will be responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction for Omnicell’s overall international organisation. Sara holds an MsC in Management, International Business from ESSCA in France and Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. She is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Bringing nearly 20 years of digital and healthcare experience, Sara joins Omnicell from GE Healthcare, where she most recently served as Vice President and General Manager, Digital Solutions, EMEA. During her tenure at GE, Sara redefined the organisation’s go-to-market strategy resulting in a revenue growth of 20% and margin growth of 50%. Her proven track record also includes: • creating new value-added service offerings which increased revenue by 10% • developing a software as a service (SaaS) business model • establishing value proposition and commercial engine • deploying Service Cloud as a Service CRM • increasing the Net Promoter score by 15 points.

Omnicell International currently operates direct in the UK, France, Germany and Australia. It also has distributor agreements in place for its products in a number of other regions including the Middle East, South America, Italy, Spain, Taiwan, and Singapore.
