North East recruitment group announces expansion into West Midlands
A North East recruitment group has announced its expansion into the West Midlands with the appointment of a new regional director.
Westray Recruitment Group, based in Teesside, has appointed its first member of staff to its West Midlands team.
Jackie Mills, the new regional director, will be overseeing the West Midlands office where she will be focusing on supporting companies with positions on both a temporary and permanent basis, for all office support based positions including sales, marketing, finance and management/senior management positions.
She commented: “I started my career in recruitment over 21 years ago.
“I absolutely love what I do and my business relationships are based on trust and honesty.
“Having worked for other companies, my next move was my ‘forever position’ and I feel like I have finally found that.
“Westray have a vision to change the overall perception of the recruitment industry and I feel lucky to be part of that vision.”
Maureen Wright, managing director at Westray Recruitment Group, said: “We’re extremely excited to have Jackie join the team. Although the business was founded 30 years ago, we are still ambitious and pushing for more.
“We are a family business and take great pride in our culture and our work and we can’t wait to develop our presence in the region.”
