Greeting card store to open new location in Yorkshire shopping centre
A Yorkshire shopping centre has announced that a new greeting card store will be opening on its premises this weekend.
Frenchgate Shopping Centre has reported that the new Cardzone store will be opening on Saturday (8 August).
The store will be located on the Upper Mall next to River Island, in the unit previously occupied by Clintons.
Cardzone specialises in greeting cards and gifts, and was founded in Sheffield in 2005, building up 600 employees at locations across the country.
Karen Staniforth, assistant general manager at Frenchgate, commented: “We are thrilled to welcome Cardzone into the centre – a fellow Yorkshire-based business is the ideal addition for Frenchgate.
“We’re looking forward to having one of the largest card retailers in the UK amongst us and we believe Cardzone will be a big hit among our customers.”
Alice Bartlett, design and marketing executive at Cardzone, commented: “We are excited to be opening up again in Doncaster. We are proud to offer a huge range of greeting cards, home fragrance and gifts.
“We pride ourselves on offering top brands at affordable prices and will be offering exclusive cards, Yankee Candles, Disney Traditions and many more big brand names.”
