New offices developed by Barnsley firm see national care company move in
A Yorkshire developer has announced that it has completed new offices that will be used by a national care company.
Priority Space, based in Barnsley, has completed the development of Stirling House in the Skylon Park Hereford Enterprise Zone.
The offices were developed in partnership with Herefordshire County Council and The Hunt Group, and is part of Priority Space’s nationwide project to build new workspaces for use by SMEs.
SureCare expects to create around 100 new jobs in the next two years through the move.
Adam Richardson, director of Priority Space, commented: “It’s great to welcome a new tenant to Stirling House, especially one which is providing such a vital community service to support local people and families.
“At Priority Space we’re all about providing space for businesses to grow and benefit their local area.”
Naz Sen of SureCare Head Office, said: “Stirling House is the perfect location for us to run our Hereford offices from.
“It is close enough to the centre of Hereford and has enough space for our business to comfortably expand.
“We have long been in the Herefordshire area and are now investing to further extend our services.”
