US university completes development of new London business campus

The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business has completed the development of its new UK campus.

The facility, at One Bartholomew Close, near to St Paul’s in central London, will replace Chicago Booth’s existing London location at 25 Basinghall Street and will be the school’s base of operations in the EMEA region.

The campus will deliver the Executive MBA Europe Program and non-degree executive education classes, conferences and seminars.

Booth Executive MBA classes are currently being offered online globally, but the campus has been made COVID-secure to facilitate a number of locally based EMBA students to follow their classes in person.

The new London campus is intended to demonstrate Chicago Booth’s ongoing commitment to the city as a place to invest and build its presence in.

Speaking about Chicago Booth’s new London campus, Randall Kroszner, deputy dean for executive programs at Chicago Booth, said: “We are delighted that our new address puts us at the heart of London’s vibrant business community.

“From One Bartholomew Close, we will have businesses ranging from finance and professional services to technology start-ups and entrepreneurs on our doorstep. I can’t imagine a better home for Chicago Booth in Europe.”
