Turnkey specialist moves into new Leeds Dock offices
A turnkey solutions specialist has announced that it is moving into new offices near Leeds Dock.
BarhaleDoosan, which is a joint venture between Barhale and Doosan Enpure, has signed on to take 3,700 sq ft of newly refurbished offices on Rose Wharf’s Riverside Suite.
The space was leased to the company by Sanderson Weatherall, acting on behalf of Prose Investments.
Prose Investments commented: “We are delighted that BarhaleDoosan have chosen the newly refurbished Riverside Suite for their new home.
“Sanderson Weatherall’s Building Consultancy, Management and Agency teams provided excellent timely joined up advice and guidance throughout.
“Opportunities are few and far between in Rose Wharf and Sanderson Weatherall were quick to respond and went beyond what was necessary to re-let the available space in complex post Covid gloomy circumstances.”
Richard Dunn, head of office agency at Sanderson Weatherall, added: “We are pleased to have secured the letting of this space on behalf of Prose Investments.
“Rose Wharf is a landmark building that boasts an award-winning conversion of the Grade II listed former Flax Mill and will provide a fantastic office space for BarhaleDoosan.
Sanderson Weatherall acted alongside joint agents Carter Towler on behalf of the landlord, Prose Investments and BarhaleDoosan represented themselves.
