Office specialist expands London portfolio with two new central sites
A workspace rental agency has added to its London portfolio with the addition of two new properties in the centre of the city.
Office specialist WorkPad has acquired two properties in Holborn and Marylebone as part of its ongoing expansion across the capital.
WorkPad, which works with London estates such as Shaftesbury, Grosvenor and Langham, specialises in the lease of workspaces.
Comprising 4,500 sq ft, the firm’s Grade II listed property on Bloomsbury Place has been restored and will offer 10 offices.
In addition, the company’s new David Mews space, situated between Baker Street and Chiltern Street, will feature three offices, three meeting rooms, a reception and breakout area.
The new properties will add to the firm’s existing portfolio, which includes locations in Marylebone, Soho, Covent Garden, Holborn and Fitzrovia.
