CODA Bespoke brings luxury homes to picturesque Holmesfield

WORK is set to begin on the construction of three new luxury properties on the Park Farm site in the village of Holmesfield near Sheffield.

The project, which was designed by team at award-winning Sheffield architects CODA Bespoke, has already seen local authority approval for the demolition a cottage and outbuildings on the site in Derbyshire.

The land will now be developed as three single story luxury four bedroom family homes.

It is expected that work on the site will begin before the end of the year, with a completion date at the end of 2021.

CODA Bespoke is a full-service architectural design and delivery firm based in Kelham island, Sheffield.

It specialises in luxury residential projects, helping clients across the UK re-imagine their living spaces without limits.

Among its recent award winners was Corn Yard, a double family home in Oughtibridge which won national acclaim after being featured on Channel 4 show Grand Designs.

“Park Farm is a very different project to Corn Yard but one that again demonstrates the adaptability and imagination of the CODA Bespoke team,” said director Abel Hinchliffe.

“Having created a design that is entirely sympathetic to this beautiful location, we now look forward to seeing work commence.”
