Hallam appoints new Heads of Marketing, Creative and Content
Hallam, Nottingham’s award-winning digital marketing agency, has appointed three experts to its senior management team as part of its strategic restructure.
Siobhan Congreve, who has worked in digital marketing for more than ten years, has moved from Leeds and London-based agency, Edit, to head up the Content Marketing team. Her appointment comes after her predecessor, Kieran S-Lawler, was promoted to head up the Marketing division of Hallam. Al Davies completes the promotions as newly appointed Head of Creative, taking over from Joe Powell, who was promoted to Creative Director.
In total, there have been 13 internal promotions in the senior leadership team in the company in the last six months, following Julio Taylor and Jake Third’s appointments as CEO and MD at the beginning of May, continuing the agency’s philosophy of developing and growing talent from within
Al, stepping into the role of Head of Creative, has worked in the industry for nearly 20 years, working as a specialist in Brand Identity and Strategy for most of that time. His experience in working on large multinational accounts and campaigns aligns with Hallam’s belief of putting brand, creative thought and persuasion at the heart of what it does.
As Hallam’s new Head of Content Marketing, Siobhan will lead on strategy for the content, organic social media and PR teams, using her insights in running major marketing campaigns for FTSE100 clients.
Kieran, who has worked at Hallam for two years, has progressed through the ranks to now be named Head of Marketing, after more than six years experience in the sector. In his new role, he will be responsible for promoting the Hallam brand across a number of channels, to grow the agency in line with the long-term strategic vision of the agency.
Siobhan said: “I’m thrilled to have joined the team at Hallam, in what is a fantastic time for the company after a number of major client and award wins. I pride myself on delivering a holistic approach to content marketing, so I can’t wait to get stuck in and work with the SEO, creative and marketing teams to take our content, PR and social work to the next level.”
Julio Taylor, CEO of Hallam, said: “I’m proud and excited to announce these promotions in the company, which round up a year of exciting change at Hallam. As the world evolves, so has our agency, and these new appointments will help us to create a new, unified and powerful strategic offer for our clients. It’s all about improving the client experience, and these three will be instrumental in that.
On a personal level, I’m delighted to see senior leaders grow from within our agency, alongside fresh talent from leading national agencies.“
This also follows Hallam recently being named as the Best Integrated Large Agency at the 2020 European Search Awards this month.
