Finance firm the perfect fit for latest NG office deal

Commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors has brokered a deal to let a newly-refurbished office unit in Gedling, Nottingham, to specialist funding provider Lindsay Finance.

Founded in 2004, Lindsay Finance provides almost £100m of specialist funding for all types of businesses across the UK.

Charlotte Steggles, Agency Surveyor at NG, sealed the deal to let the 861 sq ft office at 94 Main Road Gedling to Lindsay Finance.

Charlotte said: “The key to this deal was matching the ideal client to the perfect office. In an uncertain commercial property market such as the one we’re experiencing at the moment, tenant selection couldn’t be more vital if a landlord is to get the most security and value from their property.

“We had plenty of interest in 94 Main Road, but we knew Stuart Lindsay and his team were the best tenants for our landlord client.

“We wish him and his business well in their new home.”

Landlord of 94 Main Road, Ashley Kemp said: “It has been very important for me to find the right tenant for the property; someone who would appreciate, value and maintain the contemporary styling of the building being just one consideration.

“I’ve worked with NG Chartered Surveyors previously and didn’t have to think twice about picking up the phone, having a chat and asking for advice.
