Wetherby property developer confirms new North Yorkshire development

A Wetherby property developer has announced that it is constructing five new homes in North Yorkshire.

Red Tree Development, which has previously built properties in Ripon, is now branching out into the North Yorkshire village of Hutton Conyers.

Red Tree Development – which has built 13 properties in the heart of Ripon, all of which were sold off plan and now fully occupied - is currently constructing five detached family houses, all named after local historical connections.

The four and six bedroom properties are being brought to market by the specialist land and new homes department of Yorkshire estate agency, Linley & Simpson, through its Ripon branch.

David Waddington, director of land and new homes at Linley & Simpson, commented: “Red Tree Development is a local company which is quickly gaining a solid reputation for building quality homes.

“Conyers Fold is a prime example of this. It is a collection of five, superb family homes just a short distance from Ripon and the A1. Interest has been brisk with one property already snapped up.

“One of the big pulls to live in, or near, Ripon is Ripon Grammar School, which has recently been named the best grammar school in the North of England.

“And being just a stone’s throw from the A1, Hutton Conyers is an ideal commuter village for those working in Harrogate, Leeds, York and further afield.”
