Thirteen announces new senior appointments
Thirteen has appointed four new service directors to its senior management team.
They will be part of the team of service directors delivering some of the company’s most ambitious projects, building customer loyalty and promoting the Thirteen brand.
Martin Hartley will join as director of business change later in the year, as part of the business change and improvement directorate.
Martin’s experience includes business change roles at Leeds University and Emerald Group publishing company. He will join Thirteen from his current role as head of business change at law firm Addleshaw Goddard.
Helen Wright has been appointed as director of corporate affairs. Helen has led on the delivery of Thirteen’s internal and external communications for a number of years, developing the company’s brand and is now the strategic lead for Thirteen’s communications and research and policy services.
Michelle Younger has been appointed as director of experience from her current role at the company, which has seen her introduce a range of new initiatives, including the launch of the first phase of the company’s brand new online customer touchpoint, My Thirteen.
Michelle will lead the drive for responsive, innovative, and high-quality services to enhance and promote the Thirteen brand and inspire customer loyalty.
Jake Irvine has been appointed director of repairs and maintenance from his former role leading Thirteen’s investment team, where his focus was to deliver improvements to homes and neighbourhoods.
