Leeds Mill welcomes specialist recruitment consultancy in three year deal
A specialist recruitment consultancy has moved into new premises in Leeds.
MCG Construction, who offer recruitment solutions across construction, engineering, and property roles, has agreed a three-year lease at Marshall’s Mill, a Grade II listed building on the South Bank of Leeds.
The mill is part of a huge regeneration and growth initiative in Leeds city centre, with several digital and creative businesses already occupying office space including Welcome to Yorkshire, Flashtalking, Bolser, and Limehouse Films.
Dan Ruscoe, regional manager at MCG Construction, commented: “The estate’s location is perfect with the surrounding expansions continuous around the city centre.”
Paul Taylor of Creative Space Management added: “With the past few months being very turbulent and difficult for many businesses across all sectors, it’s great to see that some have been able to continue and expand.
“We are grateful that MCG Construction has chosen Marshall’s Mill and look forward to supporting them as they continue to grow in Leeds.”
