Arcus Global appoints new business development director

In his role, Burrows will be responsible for commercial activity, identifying new market opportunities, leading on bids, and driving outcomes for customers.

Using his extensive knowledge of both public sector policy and digital transformation, Burrows will be engaging with customers to help the company widen its offering and fine-tune its proposition in areas such as central government and health care.
