Urban Outfitters brand launches first standalone store on Carnaby Street
A casualwear brand owned by fashion retailer Urban Outfitters has announced the launch of its first standalone store.
Casual and sportswear brand iets frans… has opened its first ever standalone store on London’s ‘iconic’ Carnaby Street.
The two-floor outlet will stock the brand’s range of clothing, including hoodies, jackets, jogging pants and accessories.
Samantha Bain-Mollison, retail director at Shaftesbury, commented “We are delighted that iets frans… has chosen Carnaby for its first ever standalone store.
“It is a great fit for the Carnaby customer with on trend products at great price points. This is another positive retail opening for Carnaby following the Rolling Stones flagship, Wax London and upsize of the new adidas store.”
Emma Wisden, Urban Outfitters managing director, added: “By listening to our global community we have seen a continued desire for self-expression. iets frans oversized sweats and go-anywhere street wear allow our audience to be unconstrained & themselves.
“We will be focusing our efforts on expanding the collection starting now, through 2021, to offer updated colorways and technical fabrications - with a few exciting projects along the way.”
