The second floor of the four-storey Cavendish House overlooks the River Tees, and neighbours the offices of companies such as Barclays Bank, Barclaycard, Santander, Standard Life, HMRC, the Environment Agency and Siemens.
The space to let as a whole floor or can be subdivided to create individual office suites from 3,500 sq ft up to 13,875 sq ft, and offers 57 parking spaces.
Clair McGowan, associate director for CBRE’s office agency team in Leeds, commented: “We are delighted to be instructed to offer the second floor at Cavendish House which sits in Stockton-on-Tees, a strategically located commercial centre.
“The building has one of the best aspects on Teesdale Business Park with stunning views over the River Tees.
“It also offers first class office accommodation for potential occupiers with amenities such as a concierge service, shower and secure cycle storage, as well as access to riverside walkways and cycle paths to promote and support the health and wellbeing of its tenant base.”
