Work on 400 new homes underway next to “stunning” Teesside country park

Hundreds of new homes are set to be created at a new residential development in Middlesbrough.

Miller Homes has made progress on the new development in Normanby near Flatts Lane Country Park.

Situated off Flatts Lane, the Woodcross Gate scheme will comprise a range of three, four and five-bedroom homes.

The housebuilder will also be contributing over £1.7m to local infrastructure, including education, the procurement of a bus service between the development and Middlesbrough Bus Station, and landscaping enhancements to the neighbouring country park.

“Thanks to its location it’s no surprise we’ve had a lot of interest in the homes available, with over 500 people having registered their interest before our recent sales launch.
