Management consultancy expands to first office space at Wakefield beauty spot
A management consultancy has secured new premises in West Yorkshire for its first physical office.
thevaluecircle has agreed a three-year lease for new offices at The Nostell Estate in Wakefield.
Situated next to Nostell Priory near National Trust Parkland, the Peach House West office suite will provide the business with 792 sq ft of office and meeting space.
David Cockayne, managing partner at thevaluecircle, commented, “We’d been looking for our first office base for a while, having previously worked virtually as our team is spread throughout the country.
“As soon as I visited Nostell I knew it would be a great fit for our brand and the perfect home for thevaluecircle.
“We’re delighted to be moving into Peach House West and will be proud to host clients and associates here. Nostell has a soul that so many other office parks do not, and the access to beautiful grounds and inspiring landscapes for a lunchtime walk or when some creative thinking time is needed just can’t be beaten.”
The deal was secured by Richard Dunn at property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall, who was recently appointed as letting agent at The Nostell Estate.
Richard Dunn, office agent at Sanderson Weatherall, added: “It was a real pleasure to work on this deal for The Nostell Estate. The offices provide a truly stunning setting for business.
“thevaluecircle’s commitment to occupying office space with a focus on wellbeing and flexibility is how we expect many occupiers to respond to the impact that Covid-19 has had on office life.
“Office developments like this, which offer something beyond the traditional workplace and a real sense of community, are going to increase in popularity over the coming months and year.”
