Barratt Developments supports NHS workers at local flu drive
Local housebuilder, Barratt Homes Yorkshire West, welcomed 25 NHS workers to its site to aid in a flu drive for the local community in Bannerdale.
The housebuilder gave the workers access to the onsite canteen and toilet facilities at it’s Elderwood development in Bannerdale, and offered power to help co-ordinate a flu drive that was running at Mercia School which neighbours the site.
Dean Elsey, Assistant Site Manager at Elderwood commented: “This year, more than ever we understand the vital importance of keeping our communities healthy, so we wanted to help make the system as easy and smooth running as possible for the incredible NHS staff working at Mercia School last weekend. We are so grateful for the continued work the NHS do, and we encourage the local community to support the NHS in any way they can.”
