New recruit at water management company as they build on recent success.
Water management company, Demeter Water Solutions, are delighted to have employed new starter, Suzanne Kelly as Customer Service Administrator as they look to grow their business and introduce their services to more businesses in the North East and beyond.
Suzanne will support the Business Development Director in maintaining the company’s outstanding customer service, be a focal point for clients and liaise with water companies and technicians to ensure maximum efficiency on any projects.
Demeter, which was set up in 2008 by owners Liz and Andy Smedley, is based in Sedgefield and provide their services to many sectors including schools, care homes, public sector managed buildings and commercial properties.
With over 30 years’ experience within the water industry, they specialise in helping organisations reduce water costs and usage, using their water logging management system they can quickly identify problems such as leaks or misuse and provide immediate solutions to the client.
The company are looking to grow further and capitalise on their recent success in becoming a runner up in the prestigious Company of the Year category at this years’ North East Business Awards.
Business Development Director, Liz Smedley, commented, “We are delighted Suzanne has joined the Demeter team, with a vast engineering and quality background, Suzanne is well placed to work with us and understand our monitoring systems, customer usage graphs and also to liaise with our customers throughout the UK and to help maintain the high levels of customer service we pride ourselves on.
We have been extremely successful in helping businesses reduce their water costs and usage and want to build on this further, we are currently developing a new website and marketing strategies so there are great things to come for us and we’re looking forward to Suzanne being part of this journey.“
Suzanne, who has worked in the engineering and automotive industry for over many years is looking forward to her new challenge, commenting, “I am very excited to be joining Demeter at this time and being part of such a great forward-thinking company, I can already see the benefits their services bring to businesses not only on cost savings but also on an environmental basis too.
I’m sure with my engineering and automotive background I can bring a new perspective to the business and look forward to seeing the business grow.“
