Rotherham business park fully let following series of new deals
A business park in South Yorkshire has reached full capacity following a series of expansions at the site.
Property management company NSM has secured a series of deals at the Century Park Network Centre in Rotherham.
Jade Insulation has expanded at the park, taking a third unit bringing the firm’s total space to 12,712 sq ft.
Colin Tarry, director of Jade Insulation Ltd, explained: “We have been based at Century Park since 2007 and it’s great that we have been able to grow here, adding additional space to accommodate our expansion. We look forward to continuing the relationship with NSM well into the future.”
Mane Metering Holdings, which already occupies a 1,523 sq ft workspace unit on site has also moved into a further unit which offers an additional 1,000 sq ft workspace with self-contained office, facilitating the company’s expansion.
Located on Dearne Lane, Manvers in Rotherham Century Park provides 58,000 sq ft of workspace in 22 units and six self-contained offices.
Rebecca MacDonald from NSM commented: “Century Park has proved incredibly popular and it’s great to be able to accommodate the growth of two long term tenants on the site.
“To see these businesses expanding, particularly in light of the challenging year we have faced, is great news for the local area and I’m pleased to say that Century Park is now fully let.
“This portfolio of Network Centres are well located and designed to facilitate the easy relocation and establishment of small and growing businesses.”
