£250m Wembley mixed-used regeneration project gets green light

A new multi-million pound regeneration project in North West London has been given the go-ahead.

Real estate investment group Dominvs Group has received a resolution to grant planning consent from the London Borough of Brent for a £250m development at Euro House in Wembley.

Located near Wembley Stadium, the adjacent London Designer Outlet retail village, and Wembley Park Underground Station, the new Euro House development is designed by multi-award winning architectural practice AHMM (Allford, Hall, Monaghan & Morris).

The 541,564 sq ft development is located on a freehold 2.8-acre industrial site on Fulton Road, with a former warehouse building and yard set to be replaced by four new buildings, rising from 11 to 21 storey, containing 493 one, two and three bedroom apartments.

In addition to the residential properties, the building’s raised ground floors will create glass fronted foyers along with retail boutiques and other lifestyle and commercial units.

The site falls within the heart of the Wembley Area Action Plan, an 87 acre zone which is being transformed into Wembley Park, a new destination for London providing housing, fashion outlets, restaurants and cafes.

Husnell Ahluwalia, director of Dominvs Group, commented: “Dominvs Group is delighted that the flagship £250m mixed-use regeneration project on the Euro House site has received planning consent.

“With this consent Dominvs Group has achieved significant value-enhancement to the site, which once developed, will be one of the largest urban regeneration schemes in Wembley Park, a leisure and retail destination which had over 20 million visitors last year.

“The new Euro House development will provide high quality housing, retail and makerspace units and is on the doorstep of the iconic Wembley Stadium and the adjacent London Designer Outlet retail village, which has over 7 million visitors per annum and is one of the most popular designer outlet villages in the UK.”
