Buy British campaign received business support

Dave Mills, boss of domestic appliance repair service Toucan Appliances, has been selected to spearhead the Cambridge part of a Buy British campaign.

He has been appointed as a service and sales agent for Ebac washing machines in the Cambridge area and flies the flag for the British-made appliances, holding a stock of the machines for immediate delivery to customers.

Dave said: “There is certainly a demand for British made products and I am pleased to have partnered with Ebac. I can offer my clients full personal and local service throughout the lifespan of the washing machine.

“I know the first-class quality of Ebac’s washing machines, particularly the innovative and environmentally efficient hot fill option, robust build and they even come with a three-year standard parts and labour warranty and free extended four-year warranty. This is great value for customers.

“There are no issues with stock, which is not the case with some models made abroad and that gives me a real advantage as I can supply and install immediately. I enjoy working with a British company and talking directly to the manufacturer and building a personal relationship that is lacking when dealing with most other brands.

“I can only see my partnership with Ebac growing in the future.”
