With corporate deal activity continuing to gather pace following a strong resurgence of transactions in the last quarter of 2020, Charlie Fielding, corporate partner at Square One Law explains the firm’s continued support for businesses, business owners and management teams in offering free private one-to-one corporate deal clinics.

The purpose of the clinics, hosted throughout January, are to guide individuals through what’s involved in any corporate transaction they are considering, whether that’s a fundraising, a sale or acquisition, management buyout or corporate restructuring.
