Final phase set to begin on 66,859 sq ft Sheffield digital campus
The final phase of construction at an office scheme in South Yorkshire is set to begin imminently.
Real estate developer Scarborough Group International (SGI) is set to start work on the next and final phase at the Sheffield Digital Campus (Sheffield DC).
Covering eight storeys, the new building known as Endeavour will comprise around 67,000 sq ft of Grade A office space,
Due to be delivered in Spring, 2022, it is the final of four buildings on the Sheffield DC site. Electric Works, Ventana House and Acero have all been let and sold to investors with occupiers including Sky, Kennedy’s, Michael Page and Atkins.
