UK car dealer unveils plans for newly redeveloped dealership in Hull
A UK car dealer has announced the multi-million pound redevelopment of two of its existing showrooms.
The redevelopment of Stratstone’s dealerships in Hull and Derby will see BMW and Mini brands brought together in one site.
The showrooms, which are expected to open towards the end of this year, will include BMW M zones and BMWi Zones, featuring the company’s performance and electric vehicles.
Stratstone BMW and MINI Hull has introduced rooftop car storage and new EV charging facilities, while the Derby site will add a two storey car deck and outdoor EV charging points.
Bill Berman, CEO of Pendragon, owners of Stratstone, said: “We are delighted to unveil plans for the re-development of our BMW and MINI retailers in Derby and Hull.
“We believe these state-of-the-art facilities mark a significant investment in not only the BMW and MINI brands, but also in the local community through long term job creation.
“We look forward to welcoming customers into these bold new facilities when they both open later this year.”
Both dealerships will move to temporary locations until the facilities open in late 2021.
