Greenfield Recovery Limited Acquires Guardian Business Recovery and Moves In on London’s Restructuring and Insolvency Scene
Transaction marks key milestone in Greenfield Recovery’s expansion plans
Richard Till, Managing Director of Greenfield Recovery stated, “The acquisition of this exceptional licensed insolvency practice will accelerate Greenfield Recovery’s market share, reach and expertise. We are very pleased to have them on board”.
Setup by Insolvency Practitioners Mark Bassford and John Paylor, Guardian Business Recovery was established in January 2010. The hands-on partners have a deep understanding of the issues impacting on business performance and a proven track record during their 11 years of finding innovative solutions.
As part of the transaction 3 employees will join Greenfield Recovery. The acquired cases will be added to Greenfield Recovery’s existing insolvency case portfolio.
Mark Bassford and John Paylor said of the acquisition, “We are delighted to be able to accelerate Greenfield Recovery’s expansion plans. Our London background and expertise combined with their resources and drive should make an efficient and effective combination. Exciting times ahead”.
The announcement comes as Greenfield Recovery also heralds the acquisition of two other licensed insolvency practices: Compass Financial Recovery & Insolvency Limited in Tunbridge Wells and Cirrus Professional Services Limited in Derby. More feathers in Greenfield Recovery’s cap.
Greenfield Recovery Limited is a licensed insolvency practice whose principle office is centrally located in Birmingham. As company turnaround specialists, they provide competitive, restructuring and insolvency advice to directors and business owners nationally.
