‘Artisan’ residential development takes shape in Northumberland coastal town
Work on a new residential scheme in Northumberland has progressed with first plots now on the market.
Bellway North East has made progress on its latest housing development in Blyth with the release of plots for sale.
Situated at Woodgreen off Plessey Road, the new development is set to deliver 92 new homes, comprising a mix of two, three and four-bedroom properties.
The new homes are from Bellway’s Artisan Collection, its flagship range of new homes which aim to combine traditional craftsmanship with contemporary home design.
Emma Chesterton, head of sales for Bellway North East, commented: “At Bellway we are committed to providing exceptional quality homes, whilst providing a generous range of designs that cater to a mix of buyers.
“The two-bedroom Blacksmith house type is ideal for first-time buyers, for example, whilst the four-bedroom Cutler design is more suited to larger families in need of some extra space – and the choice of three-bedroom houses will equally suit the needs of those who may be moving up or down the property ladder.
“We’re already seen considerable interest here, which is no surprise given the development’s desirable location, just two miles away from both Blyth’s beach and town centre.”
