The DDA Group appoints JourneyHR

JourneyHR, the specialist HR consultancy, has been appointed by leading film, television and entertainment communications agency The DDA Group to support the organisation’s future HR processes, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee engagement across its teams in London and Los Angeles.

Building on the results of an initial engagement survey to measure employees’ current views, JourneyHR will employ its award-winning strategies to develop and enhance all aspects of the DDA Group’s current HR practices.

The DDA Group will be tapping into the consultancy’s decades of experience in helping creative organisations and will be joining JourneyHR’s roster of clients across the PR and creative industries, including the7Stars, Amplify, and Futerra.

Aliya Vigor-Robertson, Co-Founder at JourneyHR, said:

“At JourneyHR we love working with bold organisations that put their employees first and we’re delighted to be appointed as HR partner for The DDA Group. This leading agency does amazing work, which wouldn’t be possible without its amazing team and our involvement will help develop new practices and processes that will benefit both employee and employer alike.”

Lawrence Atkinson, CEO of The DDA Group comments:

“Our people are our greatest asset and now more than ever we want to ensure we put their best interests, development and wellbeing at the heart of our business strategy. Partnering with JourneyHR will enable us to do that, and by tapping in to their depth of experience and expertise we will create an even better place to work for our employees.”
