Vector Wealth forms partnership with Westone Capital Group to advance position in alternative property investment market
A City based investment firm has formed a new strategic partnership with multifaceted family office, Westone Capital Group, to advance its position within the alternative property investment market.
Renowned for its high-impact and systematic quantitative investment strategies, Vector Wealth prides itself on building diverse portfolios that deliver competitive returns to its investors.
In forming a new partnership with Westone Capital Group, Vector Capital will be able to expand its portfolio and introduce its clients to a number of UK based asset-backed investment opportunities, with average returns of 12% per annum.
This comes just weeks after Vector Capital Group AG, the groups parent company revealed the acquisition of a seven-acre commercial site located in Staines Upon Thames, which will be developed into 270 residential dwellings in partnership with property development firm, Stonegate Homes; demonstrating its advancing position within the real estate market.
Sezer Sherif, Founder and CEO of Vector Capital Group AG confirmed: “The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the importance of building diverse investment portfolios that, regardless of economic uncertainties, continue to deliver extremely competitive returns to our clients.
A fundamental part of this strategy is advancing our position within the alternative property investment market through partnerships with key players, like West One Capital Group, who focus on finding unique residential property investment opportunities with higher-than-normal market average returns.
This joint venture is a perfect pairing in which two entities both excelling in their own right can come together to bring added value and growth opportunities to high net worth and sophisticated investors.“
Headquartered in Knightsbridge, London, Westone Capital Group prides itself on being able to mitigate equity risk to minimal levels, ensuring near guaranteed return on investments.
Led by Managing Director, Sheikh Momin Ahmed, the firm has acted as principle and sole investor for 14 residential property developments over the last 12 months alone, equating to a GDV of £100 Million.
Sheikh Momin Ahmed added: “Westone Capital Group are delighted to enter the partnership with Vector Wealth. We look forward to working closely with the Vector Wealth team on our new bond issue. W1CG is a growing business and the relationship with Vector Wealth will bring another line of investment into the business to assist with our aspirations.”
