Hudson Welcomes Jake Swinburn

This month, Hudson is expanding their Client Engagement Team and today, they welcome Jake Swinburn. Hudson’s Client Engagement Managers ensure that every business who engages with the Group is matched with the best service for them. With so many levels of support, the team ensures that clients have all the information they need before work commences.

Jake joins the team at Hudson to help them expand their capabilities and support more businesses. In 2020, they welcomed a record number of new clients to both their Succeed and Discover divisions. Even in the challenging circumstances, Hudson managed to support these businesses and help them grow.

In 2021, they will support even more organisations. With Jake onboard, the team can reach more businesses, helping them grow far and wide.

Jake says…

Previous experience

Jake is an exceptional communicator in both the verbal and written aspects. Previous roles have included Business Development Executive at a sales and marketing company and Communication Lead for a sports academy. These roles required Jake to communicate across different departments as well as clients and stakeholders.

His educational background was in Journalism. Jake graduated from the University of Sunderland with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Journalism. This experience helped Jake to develop vital skills that now help him have effective conversations with clients.

Jake’s most recent role required him to help businesses with complex offerings grow by providing sales and marketing solutions. Here, Jake developed talents for listening to clients, understanding their businesses’ needs and matching them to the right support. These are skills that he now brings to his role at Hudson.
