Grant Thornton appoints Andrew Frame as Mergers and Acquisitions Director

Leading business advisory firm Grant Thornton UK LLP has strengthened its South East team with the promotion of Andrew Frame, who will work across its corporate finance team as the mergers and acquisitions director in the Gatwick office.

Andrew has extensive experience of mid-market entrepreneurial businesses, including trade sales, private equity investments, acquisition search and business fundraising. He also has a specialist track record of buying and selling businesses in the education and training sector, originating a number of high-value deals.

Commenting on his new role, Andrew said: “One of the consistent facts about Sussex, Surrey and Kent is the number of dynamic, mid-sized businesses that at some point in their development will want to do a deal. It’s an exciting part of the country to be based in and as a firm we see huge growth potential. I have been at Grant Thornton for over a decade and very much enjoy the empowered culture of the firm. I am looking forward to working with my colleagues across departments to extend our reach in and around Gatwick.”
