Sheffield unit brought to market amid “real shortage of quality modern stock”
A unit at a growing South Yorkshire industrial park has been brought to market.
Property specialist Avison Young has been appointed to market Unit 4 at Parkway One Business Park in Sheffield.
Comprising 10,700 sq ft of industrial space, the unit will become available in Q2 2021 following the departure of its existing tenant.
The unit is 7m eaves height with offices on the first floor, a secure external yard, and separate car park.
Rob Oliver, principal at Avison Young’s Leeds office commented: “We marketed Unit 1 at the business park when it came back to the market last year, and we were delighted to secure a letting of that 26,000 sq ft unit prior to the previous tenant vacating.
“We are already tracking several existing requirements and expect to attract further, as there is a real shortage of quality modern stock, ready for occupiers to move into, without waiting for a design and build.”
