Avant Homes to deliver 190 new homes with duo of Yorkshire developments
A Yorkshire housebuilder has announced the launch of first homes at two new developments in the region.
Avant Homes has launched developments at St Paul’s Bank in Pilley and Torneley Quarter in Doncaster.
The two schemes are set to deliver a total of 190 new homes with a combined development value of £39.7m.
St Paul’s Bank in Pilley will offer a selection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes whilst at Torneley Quarter in Doncaster there will be a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom homes.
Work began at St Paul’s Bank in Pilley in August 2020 with Torneley Quarter in Doncaster following in December 2020. The first homes are expected to be ready for occupation in autumn 2021.
Avant Homes Yorkshire managing director, Chris Coley, commented: “We’ve seen continued success throughout our sites in Yorkshire and we’re pleased to maintain our commitment to building high-quality homes in desirable locations, by extending our presence across Barnsley and Doncaster.
“We pride ourselves on daring to be different with our continually evolving product and enhanced specification, setting Avant Homes apart in the new build sector.
“The first homes are now on sale at the two developments with both seeing high demand from potential purchasers. We’re very excited to reveal more in the coming months.”
