Hudson welcomes their 13th new employee
Hudson are thrilled to welcome their new Executive Assistant, Wendy Brown. Wendy is the 13th new member to join the team in the last eight months. During this busy period of expansion, Hudson has been growing their team at HQ. After welcoming hundreds of new clients and increasing their turnover by 70%, they needed to increase their internal capabilities.
On a daily basis, Wendy will support the operations of the Group’s Managing Director, Jill Hudson. This includes supporting the logistics of day-to-day tasks as well as long-term projects. The Group currently consists 14 businesses as well as new offerings they are now developing in Hudson Labs. To ensure the smooth daily operation of existing businesses whilst bringing new solutions to market, Jill enlisted Wendy’s support.
Wendy says…
“I feel privileged and excited to have joined the team at Hudson. Although it is a very professional and skilled team, the underlying ethos is that of being part of one big family. With over 30 years’ experience as a Secretary/PA and Executive Assistant, I hope to be able to transfer some of my knowledge and skills to help Hudson support more businesses across the globe.”
Previous experience
With almost two decades of experience as a PA and Executive Assistant, Wendy brings valuable experience to Hudson. Her role as a PA required Wendy to support the Chief Executive of a College. After 15 years, Wendy moved to an Executive Assistant role, working for two charities. During this time, Wendy also performed other duties such as production and business development coordination.
Wendy now brings her exceptional organisational, communication and logistical skills to the Hudson Group.
Hudson’s Managing Director, Jill Hudson says…
“I am delighted to welcome Wendy to our growing team at Hudson. With an ever-increasing demand for new solutions, I needed to ensure smooth daily operations remained in place. Wendy’s wealth of experience will help to navigate the logistics of maintaining and growing our current divisions whilst developing new offerings.”
