New "wild food pioneer" to put down roots in London post-pandemic
A new wild food restaurant is set to open at a London boutique this spring following the easing of pandemic restrictions.
Native, which describes itself as a “wild food pioneer”, will join British multi-brand luxury retailer Browns at its new flagship boutique at 39 Brook Street in Mayfair.
The partnership will see the launch of the ‘first of its kind’ for Browns, a restaurant centred around sustainable dining in the heart of Mayfair.
Once open, the restaurant will continue to champion seasonal produce and ethical dining through a selection of innovative yet casual sharing plates, natural wines and foraged cocktails.
The restaurant will trade online from today, and will open physically this Spring.
Imogen Davis, co-founder of Native, commented: “We are excited to be embarking on this new chapter of Native in partnership with Browns and it’s been a delight to see our vision for a closed-loop restaurant supported at every step.”
