A North East housebuilder has launched hundreds of new homes across the region as part of a collection of multi-million pound developments.
Avant Homes has announced the launch of the first properties at three new developments, with a fourth on the way.
The developments in High Spen, Seaburn, Chester-le-Street and Burnopfield are set to deliver 556 new properties across the region.
With a gross combined development value of £91.9m, the new sites include Bradley Point in High Spen; Lowry Park in Seaburn and Vanbrugh Gate in Chester-le-Street with Fairway View set to launch in Burnopfield at the end of this month.
Avant Homes North East managing director, Jennifer Tupman, commented: “We’ve seen continued success throughout our sites in the North East and we’re pleased to maintain our commitment to building high-quality homes in desirable locations, by extending our presence across in Sunderland, County Durham and the outskirts of Newcastle.
“We pride ourselves on daring to be different with our continually evolving product and enhanced specification, setting Avant Homes apart in the new build sector.
“This commitment to excellence, combined with new and exclusive house types, and our very latest specification features, means that these four new developments will offer an extremely high-quality collection of design-led homes.
“The first homes are now on sale at three of these sites and we are very excited to reveal more at Fairway View in Burnopfield soon.”
